Club Honours to date.

Dover Pirates Basketball Club first entered into the East Kent Basketball League in 1979, originally a works team with all 10 players belonging to Civil Service.

They immidiatly had an impact finishing mid table in the 3rd division, later getting promoted, and in the of the 1980/81 season wining the 2nd division to gain promotion into the top league.

We train every Monday from 8-10pm , with the season running from November to April

Please check the fixture list to during season periods to make sure training is on and not a sheduled game. Tip time is 8:15pm, Coach demands we arrive and are ready for warm up 8pm sharp!  
For the 08/09 season the EKBL has been revamped, with the introduction of 2 new teams a second division has been formed. The Pirates have been placed in the new divison 2.
